Legal framework
SThe same applies for unpaid educational leave as above. No specific governmental decisions apply, but it would be covered by agreements of the unions. Decisions on unpaid educational leave are taken jointly by the employer and employee with regard to wage agreement, but would usually be applied to longer education and training abroad.
