Eligibility criteria
Self-made training or self instruction paid by the trainee.
Stipulations for participants
They have to pay for this training themselves.
Duration of training
It depends, but the civil servant may present a training certificate after the training period. Civil servants have a credit of 35 hours per year for this kind of training.
Status of participants
Same as if they are working in their own workplace.
